De living area is over 400 m2. At the sea site you’ll find a big dinner and lounge terras. The surrounding tropical garden includes over 3.300 m2 private area.

60m2 (5 x 12 meter) met easy entry.

Sleep- and en Bathrooms

3 spatially western style slaapkamers: one with kingsize bed, een with 1×2-person bed and one with 2×1-person beds. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Also the house has a separate powder room.

Internet and Entertainment

Free WIFI and satellite TV with home theatre systeem, including connection to your smartphone.

Cooking, meals and daily shopping

Free dinner at arrival. During jouen stay, staff is at your full service for cooking at your choice, washing and cleaning. The services of the staff are included in the rent. You only pay for the ingredients. The staff does excellent local cooking but preparing western meals are possible also. They know where to buy the best food on the local market. Please grant the staff for travel expenses: about 20.000 Ruphia.

Staff & security

We have a 5-person staff for cooking and househeld, poolman, gardening and security. Also a separate helpdesk is available. Security is available on all days from 8pm to 6am, except on Sundays.

Summarized

Villa Burung is a private property with no other guests. Optimal privacy thus. The rent is included the full service local staff.
